CORPORATION TAX MATTERS
This is
mainly levied on limited companies and is normally due for payment 9 months
after the year end.
There are various rates which apply dependent on the profits earned by the company.
The current rates are:
Up to £300,000 22%
Over £1,500,000 28%
If there are companies associated together then the above bands are divided by the number of companies affected.
FLAT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES
How do I pay myself?
This can be done in basically two ways:
1/
Via a PAYE scheme as an employee of your company.
2/ Via dividends as a shareholder in the company.
This
whole area is one that needs careful planning and monitoring.

is possible for the Revenue to set aside their requirement for a tax return.
